Dan is a founding member of Rose Camenisch Stewart Mains PLLC and has been licensed and actively practicing since 1984.

  • Technology company, in start-up phase including series A and B venture capital rounds, which eventually went public and achieved multi-billion dollar valuation
  • Start-up specialty apparel retailer in formation, capitalization, growth phase, operations and ultimate sale in just 4 years for 8 figure sum to public company subsidiary
  • A management led leveraged buyout of utility industry accessory equipment manufacturer which has grown exponentially
  • Private equity investor in stock acquisition of privately held specialty apparel retailer from second generation ownership
  • Private equity group in development and start-up of new concept fitness club that reached profitability in less than one year
  • Sale of medical practice to roll-up acquirer
  • Acquirer of chain of franchisor-owned national fast-food stores, which were turned around then later sold for multi-million dollar profit to another franchisee

Commercial Lending

  • Multiple national, regional and community banks in commercial and industrial loan facilities, including swap and letter of credit transactions
  • Regional bank in the documentation and negotiation of forbearance and workout terms for multi-million dollar credit facilities secured by commercial real estate properties located in Florida, Indiana, Kentucky and Alabama.

  • Real estate “hard money” nationwide lender and developed overnight lending product employed during the financial crisis to facilitate multi-millions of dollars of short sales and property flips

  • Investor group in acquisition of bank-owned shopping center with non-recourse funding from life insurance company
  • Investor group in acquisition and redevelopment of shopping center, including ground lease to national franchisee
  • Large home builder in numerous land acquisitions and lending facilities, including participated facilities
  • Investor group in acquisition and operation of large portfolio of single family rental homes
  • Office property real estate developer in land acquisition and joint venture with medical related tenant
