Andrew joined RCSM as a Partner in 2026. Andrew’s practice focuses on Government Investigations, white collar defense, health care litigation and compliance, and corporate business disputes.
Andrew brings more than two decades of courtroom experience to his practice. Before joining RCSM, he spent fifteen years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, where he served as Chief of the White Collar Fraud Division and successfully tried over two dozen cases to verdict. He also completed a special detail to the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., litigating habeas petitions filed by detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Most recently, Andrew was a Partner at a large national law firm.
Since 2006, Andrew has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Kentucky College of Law, teaching legal writing, litigation skills, and Evidence.
Andrew is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.
