In his capacity as an Associate at RCSM, Conrad Herman dedicates his professional focus to business and corporate transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, and business formation.

Conrad received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law summa cum laude. During his time in law school, Conrad was a member of the Federalist Society, reflecting his dedication to legal scholarship and discourse. Conrad is a native of Wisconsin and received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Political Science.

Prior to law school Conrad worked for a large international corporation as a data analyst.

Beyond the realm of legal endeavors, Conrad enjoys following the latest developments in science and technology, cooking, and exploring the landscapes of Kentucky, often accompanied by his canine companion.
