Beckett Cromwell is an Associate on RCSM’s transactional team, where his practice focuses on business and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and other transactional matters.
Beckett earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2025. During law school, he served as a Production Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal and prepared tax returns for low-income individuals and families through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky.
A Lexington native, Beckett has deep ties to the Bluegrass community. Prior to law school, he worked for multiple Thoroughbred trainers and assisted with yearling sales for a major Thoroughbred consignment company, strengthening both his connection to Kentucky’s signature industry and his commitment to the region.
Beckett is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Outside of work, he enjoys Auburn sports, Thoroughbred breeding and racing, fishing, and spending time with his friends and family.
