Wes is a member of Rose Camenisch Stewart Mains PLLC and has been practicing law since 2009.

Wes focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation, representing businesses, business owners and individual clients in commercial, business, employment and real estate disputes (including eminent domain, property boundary and easement disputes), as well as defending clients in bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Wes also helps clients with business entity formation, operations and transactions, and Wes has experience representing local businesses, landowners and stakeholders in land use, planning and zoning matters before Planning Commissions, Boards of Adjustment, City and Urban-County Councils and local Courts.

Wes is admitted to practice law in courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky; the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Wes is a native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2009, and served on the Kentucky Law Journal while attending the UK College of Law. Before attending law school, Wes earned a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics in 2006.

Wes is an avid supporter of local programs aimed at educating Fayette County grade school and high school students about personal finance and financial awareness. He has been a volunteer presenter on financial awareness at local high schools as part of the Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) program and at local grade schools as part of Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass. Wes enjoys spending free time with his wife, son and daughter and their Weimaraner named Blue.
