Howard joined RCSM as an Associate in 2021. Howard’s practice focuses primarily on general civil, commercial, and tort litigation. He also has experience with a variety of business transactions, including real estate deals, contract negotiations, and structuring limited liability companies.

Howard received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2021, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Howard was on staff for the Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law, and was a member of the Federalist Society and Election Law Society. In addition, Howard served as a Judicial Intern in the chambers of a Federal District Judge in the Eastern District of Kentucky and also the chambers of a Circuit Court Judge in Fayette County, Kentucky.

Prior to law school, Howard received his Bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University in Virginia, where he double majored in Economics and International Politics. Before coming home for law school, Howard served as a Congressional Intern in Washington, D.C. in the office of a Kentucky Congressman. Howard was born and raised in Lexington and attended Sayre School.

Howard is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar Associations.
