Carter Anderson Frazier is an Associate at RCSM, where her practice includes general civil, commercial, and tort litigation. She also advises clients on business and real estate matters and represents individuals in guardianship proceedings.
Prior to joining RCSM, Carter practiced family law in Frankfort, Kentucky, where she litigated domestic matters, negotiated settlement agreements, and provided strategic, client-centered counsel. She also maintained an active mediation practice.
Originally from Maysville, Kentucky, and Longmont, Colorado, Carter earned her B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder. During her undergraduate studies, she lived in Peru, where she managed a fair-trade textile nonprofit. She received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where she was active in the Student Bar Association and participated in Mock Trial.
Carter was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2021. She currently serves as Vice President of the Frankfort Bar Association and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass. She is fluent in Spanish.
